We have all had times when we just knew that our company was the best. We were completely confident that our product or service was the pinnacle in the industry. And there was no doubt that our stellar discovery, recommendations and sales persona were second to none!
And yet, we didn’t win the sale.
What do you do when that happens?
I just saw a post on Bob Burg’s The Go-Giver Way website that I thought you would really benefit from reading. It is actually a post by Certified Go-Giver Coach and Altum V Director, Pete Evans.
Pete didn’t win the sale, and yet 24 hours later the company changed their mind.
That is worth reading, huh? 🙂
