It seems like so many celebrities have moments that we all look back on and just shake our heads.

Whether in life, status, sales or sales leadership – people who sustain their growth for the long haul always manage to find a way to win with their team.

  • When the economy is good – they win.
  • When the economy is bad – they win.
  • When the Republicans are in power – they win.
  • When the Democrats are in power – they win.

That doesn’t mean that even the best sales teams and their leaders do not occasionally have slumps – but for the most part, they just seem to find a way to win.

Winning is a habit  – and just like any other habit, it is a result of doing the day-to-day things on a consistent basis.
