Transform Your Message…
Into a Story
Your Audience Will Remember Forever

Having a book brings credibility to you as you build your brand.
A story that touches the heart and instills powerful principles can change lives, while creating lasting and loyal connections.
Together, we can deliver that value for you and your followers.
– Jeff C.West
How would you answer this question:
Why do you want to write a book?
“I’ve already written “how-to” books, and I have a platform with an existing audience. Co-authoring a business parable or memoir would give me the ability to touch the heart of my audience and provide value in a new way that they’ll remember for years. I still remember reading my first business parable!”
“I’ve built a successful business and have taught others to do the same. I now want to share those principles with a larger audience. Co-authoring a business parable or memoir would help me elevate my exposure as I develop a national and international brand.”
“I am a consultant, workshop leader, or a business coach. Co-authoring a business parable or memoir will help me establish my credibility and bond with prospective and existing clients.”
“I’ve always known that I have a good book in me. My journey has taught me lessons I’ld love to share with the world. Co-authoring a book gives me the ability to borrow the expertise of someone who could help me realize that dream.”
So why don’t more people write their book?
Because the process is takes a lot of time—even for those who already have the necessary skills. And if you factor in the time needed to develop strong writing abilities–it can take years.
When your message is weaved into a wonderfully crafted story… some amazing things have the opportunity to happen…

My “business parable”, The Go-Giver (coauthored with John David Mann) came out in early 2008. It turbocharged my career and accelerated it to an entirely new level. And now, having had the pleasure of coauthoring my current business parable with Jeff I can tell you from personal experience that the man is not only a joy to partner with; he is truly a master at his craft.

Because they are business parables–narratives that create a positive emotional response in the reader–and connect that with a logical plan to succeed.
Parables create almost unbreakable bonds with the reader–producing something I call FusionPoints™. These stories touch the heart, the principles equip for success, and the audience uses that combination to chart a new course for their future.
Your message can be crafted in the same way providing tremendous value to both you and your audience.
So, what is the process?
Basically… you talk, and I write.
Step One:
Our initial conversation is completely obligation-free.
We’ll discuss your message, how you plan to use the book, your current and potential audience, and my fee structure.
My fee starts at $75,000 and can be divided into three equal payments.
Step Two:
Once we agree on the project, the first payment of my fee is due.
Next, we conduct multiple interviews to explore your personal story and the deeper context of your message.
From there, the research phase begins. I develop story arcs, map out characters, and start drafting.
You’ll receive drafts of the first two to three chapters early in the process to ensure we’re aligned on the direction of the story.

Step Three:
I’ll step away to focus on completing the full first draft. Once it’s finished, I’ll refine and condense it—much like a chef perfecting a great sauce.
After that, I’ll send you the draft for review. We’ll make any necessary revisions before preparing the manuscript for the editor.
At this stage, the second payment is due.

Step Four:
Once the book has been professionally edited, we’ll make any final adjustments to the manuscript.
You’ll then receive your book in both PDF and eBook formats. At this point, the third and final payment for writing the manuscript is due.

For traditional publishing, I can assist with book proposals and collaborate with the publisher on additional editing and book design—at no extra cost.
For independent publishing, additional services such as book layout, cover design, ISBN and Library of Congress registration, audiobook production, and distribution to book retailer platforms are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
The time to completion depends on the project – generally 6-12 months.
